A MAJOR Herefordshire facility for the young will soon be under new management.
The county council's Education Directorate is to run the LEA pool at Hinton, Hereford.
Financial responsibilities have already been transferred to the directorate, which will assume administrative functions by the end of summer term.
The pool is primarily used to provide school swimming tuition and has come under control of the authority's policy and community directorate.
