A HEREFORD trader is proving that there is some food you simply won't find in the supermarket.
Peter Wilson, of the Butter Market, has two new cheeses that are firmly rooted in the county attracting customers.
Ledbury Blue and Ross Red are the first of their kind. Ledbury is a cheddar-type cheese with blue and the red also has a blue mix.
Mr Wilson said he also had someone return to his stall from Wales because they liked the new recipe so much.
Made locally, cheeses on the stall may soon make up a map of the county.
