MEDIEVAL SUPPER - A grand event was held when those known as peasants, monks, minstrels and crusaders ate huge amounts of medieval food. Everyone sang medieval songs and also did a broom dance. The committee worked hard on the event and decorated the hall to look like a medieval castle.
ANNUAL MEETING - St Peter's Church will be holding its annual meeting in the village hall on Tuesday, evening, April 18, starting at 8pm. The church tower has been repainted and some dampness treated. It is now hoped the heating system can be tackled. It is also hoped a bookcase or table can be purchased to be placed at the rear of the church and used for children's activities and books.
