Hereford Welsh Indoor rowing champion Sally Daw picked up two titles at the Welsh Outdoor Champion-ships over 1500m at Monmouth.
Daw took her first win alongside team mate Tracey Matthews, who also picked up two crowns, with victory in the final of the women's open double against Llandaff.
The pair then joined up with the Welsh national eight team to the triumph in the prestigious opens eights.
Hereford rowers also claimed the Welsh fours title, through D Hammond, R Parker, S Colley and J Payne, who beat Llandaff in the final.
