MILLENNIUM EXHIBITION - Linton and District History Society put on a wonderful exhibition in the recently reopened village hall, which was entitled 'Life in the Countryside'. The hundreds of items on show was of the various displays depicting life in Aston Ingham, Upton Bishop as well as Linton. Opened over the weekend, it attracted hundreds of visitors from many other areas, as well as locally. Included in the exhibition were sculptures in bronze by Patricia Northcroft and magazines with news and lots of photographs dating back through the century.
