STATION ACTION GROUP - Dolau Station Action Group raised £104 at a recent table sale in Llandrindod. This would go towards the cost of this year's floral display and the ongoing programme of maintenance and improvement of the station furniture. Team leader George Scarfe thanks everyone who supported this event. The station now had its own payphone, which used BT chargecards as well as standard credit cards, in addition to the automatic train information system which had been running for some months. The action group's schedule of Friday evening work parties had now begun. They started around 6pm and continued to dusk. Everyone was welcome to join.
