Hereford United will be aiming to bounce back from their first Nationwide Conference defeat of the season with two home matches in four days - against Stevenage Borough and Leigh RMI.
Doncaster Rovers inflicted the first defeat in nine Conference games on Hereford with a 2-1 victory at Belle Vue last Saturday.
Now Bulls boss Graham Turner has two main injury worries ahead of this Saturday's clash with Stevenage, although he rates Matt Clarke's (hip) and Ian Rodgerson's (calf) chances of making the starting line-up as 'better than 50-50'.
Left-back Paul Sturgess (knee) is expected to resume full training soon, while striker Steve Piearce is already back in training again.
Stevenage, who were the Conference champions in 1995-96, have had a mixed start to their season with two wins, two defeats and five draws.
Leigh, promoted from the Unibond League last season, have had a similar opening and visit Edgar Street on Tuesday, kick off 7.45pm, for the first ever match between the two clubs.
Although Hereford's fine start ended at Doncaster, Turner was not too despondent and said: "We didn't play particularly well but I did feel that we did enough to get a point out of it."
Meanwhile, Hereford's visit to perennial Conference title-chasers Rushden & Diamonds on Saturday, October 14 has been made all-ticket.
Tickets are now available from the club office at Edgar Street, priced at £8.50 for adults, £5 for under-16s or OAPs, and £2 for under-12s who are accompanied by an adult. The club have been allocated 1,000 tickets.
