THE second of the talks in the series 'Cider - from the Pip to the Cask' takes place at the Cider Museum, Hereford, on Tuesday February 20.

Rod Clifford of Knights Cider will be exploring some of the myths and the mysteries surrounding traditional methods of cidermaking, from past to present. For example, is the addition of substances to aid fermentation a new process - or has it been done before...?

Rod will be happy to answer questions from the audience, and he is bringing along samples of cider to illustrate his points. All are welcome to come and learn about Herefordshire's most famous local product.

Coming soon: 'Marketing' March 6 and 'Distilling' March 20.

All talks at 7.30pm. For further details and ticket prices contact The Cider Museum, 21 Ryelands Street, Hereford. Telephone 01432 354207.
