THREE mechanical minded Herefordshire men are aiming to 'x-terminate' the opposition when they appear in the semi-finals of popular TV show Robot Wars tomorrow (February 16).
Marlon Pritchard, Paul Lewis and Simon Baldwin propelled their X-Terminator robot through its heat last month and will now come up against Hampshire's Wild Thing in the semi-finals.
The team are certainly well qualified for the task - team captain Marlon, 30, is an instrument engineer, while paul, 31, is an instrument technician and Simon, 28, is a motorcross engineer.
They will be aiming to bash holes into the competition with X-Terminator's fearsome axe in their attempts to book a spot in the Robot Wars grand final, scheduled for Friday, February 23.
You can catch the X-Terminator team in semi-final action tomorrow on BBC2 from 6.45pm.
