HEREFORDSHIRE'S new cricket development officer, Chris Dirkin, is setting up a series of meeting throughout the county to outline his plans.
Five regional meetings are planned for this month with invitations going out to clubs and schools from the areas.
The meeting places, 7.30pm starts, are: Kington Youth Centre, Thursday, April 19; John Kyrle School, Ross-on-Wye, Monday, April 23; Hereford Leisure Centre, Tuesday, April 24; Leominster Leisure Centre, Thursday, April 26; Ledbury Leisure Centre, Monday, April 30.
The agenda will include coach education, summer activities (Kwik cricket), summer schools, club-school links, awards for all, and feedback from the forums with questions relevant to improving cricket in the county.
