HEREFORDSHIRE'S very own television weather girl has made her debut on the BBC.
Susan Powell (right), who hails from Wellington, appeared on our screens during her first-ever broadcast on the digital channel BBC News 24.
He confident demeanour and striking looks should ensure she becomes a familiar face to millions in the coming weeks and years.
The 26-year-old, who was educated at Aylestone High School and Hereford Sixth Form College, was selected from a shortlist of more than 800 after seeing the job advertised in the national press.
