Hereford United's players have been urged to get their feet back on the ground before tomorrow's home FA Umbro Trophy clash with Barton Rovers (3.00).

Director of Football Graham Turner is anxious to ensure that the euphoria of their FA Cup win over Hartlepool and their subsequent home draw with Leicester City does not get in the way of their more realistic Wembley ambitions in the Trophy.

He said: "I think the biggest danger is the aftermath of last week.

"I have seen it happen so many times before where people don't come back down to earth.

"It was a big occasion last week what with Sky Television and the draw as well, but we have to be focussed on tomorrow's game which is just as important to us."

Their visitors from Bedfordshire play in the Ryman League Division One and are managed by former Arsenal player Ian Allinson. Turner has had them watched and said: "They are quite lively up front and are a strong side.

"They will fancy their chances of causing an upset but they won't worry me -- it is us we have to worry about."

United could stick to the line-up which beat Hartlepool, with teenage prospect Gavin Williams having shaken off an ankle injury, although Turner has not ruled out the possibility of resting some of his younger players.

Striker Steve Piearce has had a back injection and could be ready for next Saturday's home clash with Southport.
