PUBLIC transport users between Kington and Hereford are travelling in style following the introduction of a brand new double-decker bus.
Sargeants Brothers Coaches has taken delivery of a new Optare Spectra 71-seater bus, which is fitted with a ramp for wheelchair users and a low floor to make it easier for all passengers to use.
The bus is believed to be only the third new double-decker to have ever entered service with a Herefordshire-based firm.
Herefordshire Council's Low Floor Bus Project has also provided three Optare wheelchair-accessible, single-decker buses on the route linking Hereford with Weobley and Kington on an hourly basis throughout the day.
