Ledbury Magpies continued their successful campaign in the Hereford Winter Netball League with an easy victory over their opponents, Spread Eagles.
MAGPIES 65, SPREAD EAGLES 10
This was the fourth consecutive win, assuring Magpies place at the top of Division Two.
Magpies were missing a number of their regular players on the night, but used the versatility of other team members to play in different positions, all the combinations throughout the match still worked to Magpies full advantage. A strong tactical game with accurate passing, shooting, good use of the court and strong defence left Spread Eagles little chance for a comeback.
Magpies train every Friday night (6.30-8.30pm) at Ledbury Leisure Centre, all new players/umpires welcome!
