A new pressure group has been set up in Ledbury to battle for answers and compensation over the town's water problems last summer.
Welsh Water has acknowledged algal residue got into the supply, and that there were over 1,000 complaints from residents about quality.
It will invest £7m on filters at its plant at Broomy Hill in Hereford.
But it has refused to discuss compensation because water supplied was "fundamentally safe to drink", although protesters claims sales of bottle water increased.
Now a group of Ledbury residents have formed the "Water Pressure" group.
Spokesman, Michael Jolley said: "They have dismissed the lot of us. We'll go formally to Ofwat. We will go to arbitration. I'm sure that is where it will end."
The group can be contacted on 01531 634796 or 636064.
