ONE resident had it all 'flagged out' during the Wellington School fun day celebrations with a dress comprising of very patriotic symbols!
Jean Smith from Wellington certainly got into the Jubilee spirit with her attire when she joined pupil Katie Williams to toast the Golden Jubilee.
