Organisers of the Ledbury Town Party are urging local businesses and charities to get in touch as soon as possible if they want a stall at this year's celebrations.
The party is one of the highlights of the annual poetry festival and draws hundreds of people into the town centre.
It takes place on the High Street on Saturday, July 6, from 7pm to midnight.
Peter Arscott, one of the directors of the poetry festival, said: "This is an opportunity for local entrepreneurs and fundraisers. Last year's attendance at the party was an estimated 900 people."
Attractions at the party will include jazz, cajun and goombay music from Sierra Leone. There will be a hog roast and an open bar under the Market House, selling beer, cider and soft drinks. The High Street will be closed to traffic from 5pm on the day. For further details, ring 01531 633345.
