WHEN two new arrivals were born within weeks of each other at the Newbridge Farm Park, the patriotic Gardner family thought long and hard about names.
Eventually, the settled on a right royal solution.
Now visitors to the Aylton tourist attraction can admire Golden the Shetland pony and Jubilee the donkey, who together form a charming tribute to the Queen's most special year.
The park itself is looking forward to an extra long tourist season, well into the autumn, to make up for last year's foot and mouth frustrations.
Because of restrictions, the park could only open for ten weeks last year. It is now open Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 5pm. For further details, ring 01531 670780.
