AT the Royal Show this year which runs from July 1 to 4, the September Organic Dairy will release an exciting new flavour onto the ice cream market of honey and ginger.
Made from pieces of stem ginger mellowed by a pale golden honey, the flavour of the luscious dessert is simply buzzing.
Based on a small tenanted dairy farm in the Welsh Borders, the Glyn-Jones family work together to create the September Organic products with home-produced organic milk, eggs and cream.
