MADAM, I am most distressed to learn that the Age Care Department at our new hospital is providing a mixed-sex ward.
I have always understood that all members of the community would have improved facilities when the new hospital was in service, but not apparently the elderly.
I feel cheated and let down that I have such old-fashioned facilities available.
I wish to register the strongest possible protest.
