Youngsters at the Urchins Tots to Teens day care group in Ledbury had no reason to be bored during the holidays.
A host of activities kept them amused, from keep-fit sessions to model making, arts and crafts teach-ins and even sports sessions over the road at Ledbury Youth Centre. The festive programme started on Monday, December 23, and only finished on Tuesday (January 7), the day before most children returned to school.
Urchins moved from the youth centre to the new community hospital in the autumn and staff and youngsters say they are delighted by the facilities.
Spokeswoman Roz Jarrett said: "We're looking forward to the year ahead. The hospital is far better as a venue for us."
