Ledbury Town Council is keen that the number 600 bus should continue to be improved to meet local needs.
Deputy mayor Keith Francis, who has submitted a report on the service, said: "It's much appreciated by the people who use it and they would experience difficulties coming to the town centre if it was not running."
One concern was that it seems the bus does not always stop at Somerfield for shoppers. The town council is to bring this to the attention of the bus operator, DRM.
