MADAM, A minor point but I'd like to remind readers: Using your fog lights as well as your headlights is ILLEGAL and not an option for people who are too idle to switch their main beam on and off.
This habit seems to be on a significant increase in Herefordshire and is both selfish and dangerous.
I was blinded on a dangerous corner by someone using headlights and fog lights together and I'm sure I am not alone.
Few people are stopped by the police in these days of cutbacks etc but anything that helps reduce the risk of road accidents should surely be encouraged.
Unfortunately I have to say in all my travels around the country, Herefordshire seems to contain by far the largest number of offenders.
