A SCHEDULE of dates for Ludlow Festival Shakespeare performances has been drawn up confirming a decision to switch to the Winters Tale instead of The Comedy of Errors as the second play during the June to July event.

The other play being performed in open air in Ludlow Castle during the three-week festival is the Merchant of Venice.

Evening performances of the Winters Tale will take place on June 21,23, 24 and 28 and on July 2,3,4,7,9 and 12 with matinees on June 25 at 2.30pm and July 5 at 4pm.

The Merchant of Venice will be staged on the evenings of June 20, 25,26, 27 and 30 and July 1,2,3,4,5,8,10 and 11 with matinees on June 28 at 4pm and at 2.30 pm on July 2 and 9.

All evening performances in open air in Ludlow Castle start at 8.30pm.
