WOMEN'S INSTITUTE -- Guest speaker Maureen Hardy gave Old Radnor WI members an interesting insight into kinesiology, a safe health enhancing therapy. Maureen, a consultant who is also able to detect any food intolerances that people may have, guided members to find acupressure points and demonstrated the technique on willing volunteers. Joy Jones presided and a competition for a list of items in a first aid box was won by Cecily Bayliss with Megan Jones second and Ros Tarrant third. At the institute's next meeting, the speaker will be Mr K Smith on the subject of 'You've been Framed', and plans will be finalised for a sale of work in April, from which a donation will be sent to the Acorn Children's Hospice appeal.
