AFTER going in two goals adrift at the break, Ross produced a rousing second-half display to complete an excellent win against the West Midlands Women's League Division 1 South table-toppers.
Within three minutes of the restart the speedy Michala Powell reduced the lead and five minutes later Gemma Wadley blasted home a penalty after Donna Hyndman had been upended inside the area.
Hyndman latched onto a loose ball inside the six-yard box to give the home team the lead and then completed the scoring with a deft lob.
Redditch 3 Pegasus Ladies 2
Pegasus suffered a disappointing defeat after taking a 30th-minute lead with a strong header from Etty Greenhouse after a corner.
Redditch equalised in the second half and then took the lead in the 60th minute.
Greenhouse replied with a penalty but Redditch went on to score the winner from a well-worked move.
