AFTER losing two fixtures to poor weather in January, Here-ford Racecourse has qualified for an additional meeting from the British Horseracing Board.
The revised fixture is planned for this Sunday, when both Ayr and Exeter will also be racing, and is the first time the course has raced on this day.
Simon Kershaw, commercial manager for Hereford, said: "After the disappointment of the lost fixtures in January we are delighted that we have qualified for an additional meeting.
"It is all the more pleasing as we are racing on a day when more people can come racing."
Gates open at 12.15pm with the first of six races starting at 2.15pm and the last at 4.45pm.
