A weekly advice service for pensioners will begin at St Katherine's offices, Ledbury on Monday, March 10.
The sessions have been set up by the Government Pensions Service's local service for Herefordshire.
Advisors will be at hand every Monday from 10am to 1pm.
The aim is to offer help and information on all aspects of state benefits available to people of a pensionable age.
Spokesman Sue Wilce said: "Most queries from pensioners can be dealt with by phone or post, but we do know that some people need face-to-face contact."
