MORE than 50 people attended the Valentine's meeting of the Bromsberrow and District Gardening and Social Club.
Guest speakers John and Suzanne Wilesmith told how they started their Bird Table Company and afterwards donated a bird table as a raffle prize.
The draw raised £50 for the club, with suitable Valentine's Day prizes up for grabs, including photoframes and chocolates.
Club chairman Sara-Jane Watkins said: "This is the fourth month that the club has been running and it is going from strength to strength, as a great way of uniting the community."
The next meeting will take place on March 13, from 8pm, at the village hall and will feature a hot-cross bun supper.
