The Shaw Trust charity shop in Ledbury High Street says it is the victim of mistaken identity.
The charity says it is keen to point out that it has no links whatsoever with Shaw Homes (HA) Ltd, which owns Ledbury Community Hospital.
Charity shop manageress Maureen Hillier said that ever since the hospital opened last year, her shop had been a focus for people with views about the hospital, often complaints.
On average the shop is getting ten phone calls a week from people wishing to talk about the hospital.
The Shaw Trust, which helps disabled people into work, even got its solicitors to draw up a letter for the shop's front door, pointing out that there is no link between the trust and the hospital owners.
