Ledbury's Silurian Border Morris Men are appealing for new blood.
At its height several years ago, it could muster up to 25 dancers, but now full strength is 15 members.
Spokesman Keith Francis said: "It reflects something that is happening nationally. Young people in particular just don't seem to be interested in folk traditions. This has been happening over the last ten years or so. In the 1960s and 1970s, there was an upsurge in interest, but it hasn't been maintained since then."
The Silurians are very active and will be at Ledbury English Festival, Upton Folk Festival and a festival in Polperro, Cornwall, in June.
