COFFEE MORNING -- The coffee morning organised by the Eardisley and District Branch of the Royal British Legion, held in the Curzon Herrick Hall, was well attended. A wide range of plants attracted many buyers as did the cake and bric-a-brac stalls. The committee would like to thank everyone for their support.
MUSICAL EVENING -- A musical evening has been arranged to take place at Lower House, Eardisley, on Thursday, June 26, by kind invitation of Doris Charlton.
OPEN DAY -- Eardisley Village Gardens Open Day will be on Sunday, June 22, from 2pm-6pm at 'Eardisley Park'. There will also be many more interesting gardens around Eardisley village. Admission is £3 at the Lychgate and at participating gardens.
METHODIST CHURCH -- Preachers for the 11am, services in June will be: Mr D J Davies June 8, Mr W L Beers June 15, Mr A Weston June 22 and Rev M Saunders June 29.
