A TEENAGER is thought to have exposed himself to two women in separate incidents in Brampton Road, Ross over the last month.
The first incident, up to four weeks ago was only reported after news items about a youth exposing himself to a woman on May 18.
The offender is described as in his teens and wearing a hooded top. The victim of the latest reported incident described the offender as having a fair complexion and wearing blue tracksuit bottoms with a white stripe.
