A ROSS-ON-WYE woman who celebrated an £80 Lotto success by buying a scratch card was thrilled to bits when it revealed she had won a £15,000 car.Joan Cleary, aged 71, and her husband Patrick, 69, are now the proud owners of a top of the range Vauxhall Coupe and are already making plans. Patrick said: "We have some friends who live in Scotland so one of our first journeys will be to visit them and show off our new car!"
