THE next date to view the aerial photographs of Colwall will be on Saturday, June 21, at Colwall Free Church, from 10am-noon.
Colwall Green Methodist Church will be holding a garden party on Saturday, June 21, from 2.30-4.30pm. This will be in aid of the Three Counties appeal for the Worcester based Acorns Hospice for children.
On Sunday, June 22, at 7.30pm, Music for the Solstice with Sue Black, Tim Cranmore, Joe Penley, the Malvern Baroque Band and others will take place at St James Church, Colwall. Tickets £4 (£3 concessions) available on the door or from John Goodwin Estate Agents, Colwall.
The Colwall Singers present Midsummer Memories on Tuesday, July 1, at 7.45pm in Colwall Village Hall. Refreshments will be available. There will be a retiring collection in aid of The Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Orde Vocum sang a varied programme in a concert at St James Church, Colwall, last weekend. Included were works by Purcell, Holst, Stravinsky as well as Elizabethan songs for oboe and soprano. They ended with the folk song Linden Lea and Somewhere over the Rainbow from the Wizard of Oz.
