HEREFORD United's enforced break due to their postponed match with Northwich could not have come at a worse time, according to manager Graham Turner.
The Bulls had bounced back from two disappointing defeats with an excellent 3-0 win at Nuneaton Borough and Turner would have liked to build on that display.
But Northwich's commitments forced their scheduled midweek match to be postponed, and the Bulls must wait until Monday's Sky match at Woking's Kingfield Stadium before their next action.
"We would rather have played on Tuesday after our performance at Nuneaton so it's not been good to wait," said Turner.
"We've only had one really bad performance against Gravesend but we needed the result at Nuneaton after two setbacks and I was pleased with the players' reaction."
Defender Andy Tretton, who has missed the last two matches through injury, could be added to Monday's squad but midfielder Ben Smith, who suffered a dislocated shoulder in pre season, is still three weeks away from returning.
