The Improvers' Duplicate Bridge Club at Wellington Heath Memorial Hall goes into 2004 with over 50 members on its books, having become increasingly popular since its formation last year.
Club spokesman Neville Shorrick said: "Before Christmas, it regularly had between eight to ten tables each week, but with the excellent facilities on offer, even more can be accommodated.
"The club is primarily aimed at people who have completed part or all of the national Bridge For All Scheme. However, anyone who is relatively inexperienced or rusty and wishes to improve their bridge will be very welcome and a partner is always guaranteed."
The club meets on Tuesdays, from 2pm to 5pm, and the weekly fee is £1.50.
