PLANNING applications in the Bromyard area submitted to Herefordshire Council last week include 10 properties to be built at a site in Pencombe.
Five of the dwellings would be affordable housing and the plans include knocking down an existing property at the site.
An application for the refurbishment and extension of Hatton Park Stores in Bromyard has also been submitted.
