25 years old, born in Plymouth. Widely experienced Roy commenced his career with Hereford Untied as a YTS player turning professional for one season. Released, he moved on to Newport County, Merthyr Tydfil, Worcester City, Gloucester, Pegasus Juniors and Kington Town. He joined Westfields in season 1999/2000.
