GOLFERS are asked to be a sport for Acorns Children's Hospice at a Hereford Times charity tournament in Kington.
Tee-off is on August 1 at Kington Golf Club where teams of only registered handicap players are invited to play in fours, using the Stableford format. There will also be competitions and prizes followed by a promise auction.
The entry fee is £120 per team with green fee allowances for club members. Entry includes a two-course buffet and coffee and biscuits on arrival.
