Police are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision in which two men died.
The collision happened at around 9.15pm last night (Monday) on the A438 Hereford to Brecon road near The Garnons, Bridge Sollers.
It involved three vehicles, a grey Vauxhall Calibra, a white Vauxhall Astra and a white Leyland DAF minibus.
The Vauxhall Calibra was travelling towards Hereford behind the minibus when it was in ahead on collision with the Vauxhall Astra, travelling in the opposite direction.
The 21-year-old driver of the Vauxhall Astra, and the 28 year-old driver of the Vauxhall Astra sustained fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the minibus was uninjured.
Fire, police and ambulance crews attended the scene and the road was closed for around six hours whilst a detailed examination of the scene was carried out.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision, or anyone who saw either vehicle travelling along the A438 Hereford to Brecon road prior to the collision.
