Getting back to nature is all very well but sometimes it can be a little too realistic.
That was the problem facing 2nd Ledbury Brownies, who needed a cowpat for their Ledbury Review at during the forthcoming English Festival.
The answer was provided by local artist Jill Peer, who used her skills with papier-mache to produce a realistic-looking - and less smelly - alternative.
Five performances of the Review, and also featuring the Ledbury Players, will take place on St George's Day, Friday, April 23, at the Market House
One of the main characters is a reporter called Sally Mills-Headache, but where they got their inspiration from the Brownies are not saying.
