Ledbury Tae Kwon Do Club were successful again in the English Championships which were held in Swindon.
This is a national competition attended by clubs from all over Great Britain, with competitors coming from as far as York in the north, to Cambourne in the south. There was also a number of other Tae Kwon Do associations invited to attend.
After a well-fought competition it was the junior members of the club that won through with five of them coming away with trophies.
Emily Docherty was outstanding and won gold at sparring and her pattern. Tom Macleod was equally superb winning a gold trophy in his category for sparring.
Katie and Ian Docherty were also on top form and both won through to their finals, they each gave a good account of themselves and both came away with silver trophies. Rosie Docherty won through to the semis and won the bronze trophy.
