Herefordshire Council has won a High Court bid to prevent the further development of a 300-caravan fruit pickers village at Brierley Court.
At a hearing in the Royal Courts of Justice in London today, (Friday), Justice Roderick Evans QC upheld the injunction obtained by Herefordshire Council a week ago.
The decision means the developers S & A Property Ltd cannot complete construction of the planned utility building.
It can only carry out "make safe" work and complete works on the sewerage system.
