More details have been announced of the brass band concert that will take place by Newent Lake on Saturday, August 1.
The concert is being arranged by Newent Initiative by way of compensation for the town not having an Arts Festival this summer.
Gloucester Brass Band, which was founded in 1992, will play for free from 4pm to 6pm, although a collection will be taken at the end.
There will be a 30-minute interval in the middle and teas will be available in St Mary's Church hall.
The conductor of the band, which has 35 members, will be its founder, Roger Pearman.
