THE 12th annual meeting Bell Bank Club for the Blind and Partially Sighted at Hay-on-Wye was held when chair Lady Nell Chillingford, better known to us all as Chilly, stepped down after entering her 90th year. Elected chairman was Tony Blythe of Credenhill and Dorothy Hanson of Hay was elected secretary and vice chairman.
