PARISH COUNCIL - The agenda of the annual meeting of the parish council included a presentation of the Edgar Street Grid by Geoff Hughes, head of community and economic development at Herefordshire Council. Richard Gething reviewed the main achievements of the year and there was an open discussion which focused on the dangers of the A49 road that passes through the village. FAMILY GOLF - A family golf afternoon was held on Saturday, May 15, at Bridstow Golf Course in aid of Bridstow School which raised £450.
FORTHCOMING EVENTS - The Bridstow school PTFA summer fete will be on Saturday, June 19, from 2pm, with a Caribbean theme.
