PLANS for a new electricity sub-station on Jubilee Drive was expected to be turned down yesterday (Thursday) by the Malvern Hills Conservators. Central Networks had asked to relocate an existing sub-station within the grounds of Perrycroft to adjacent land owned by the Conservators. The Conservators' land management committee was being recommended to refuse the application by its conservation officer.
