FORESTERS of the Queenswood branch heard that 2005 would be an exciting year for secretary Betty Hodges who has been chosen to represent the region at a conference in the United States. The branch chose the Acorns Childrens Hospice as its charity for the year. Officers elected were president Karin Hodges who took over the role from her husband David, vice president Tanya Cook, treasurer Paul Cook, secretary, social secretary and charity chairman Betty Hodges. Andy Bedford presided at the election and presented badges. Officers were thanked for their work over the past year and members looked forward to an exciting new year.
