THE Hereford and District Snooker League Christmas break had no impact on the players from Potting Shed Z as they opened the New Year in style with a win at Miller Boys, Colin Gladwyn winning the only frame for the home side.
Potting Shed A also got off to a flying start against Flukey Few.
Potting Shed M continued their good form with a hard fought win against Conmen when Phil Merritt was the top performer.
Police A continued to struggle and lost at home to Military B whose winners were Pete Edwards, Jerry Gough and Paul Yeomans.
Legionares maintained their improvement by winning at home to Q Tips when
Mike Williams was the only winner for the away side.
Carl Williams won the decider for Reds against Railway Club's Bernard Hemming.
